- All packages include standard booth setup (table, chairs, electricity supply) and access to basic Wi-Fi.
- Payments for Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Packages can be made in two instalments: 50% upon booking and 50% one month before the expo.
- Silver and Bronze Packages require full payment upon booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available for cancellations made 60 days before the event (subject to a cancellation fee).
- The association reserves the right to approve or decline any application based on eligibility and alignment with the event’s objectives.
